Triumphant Entry: This story shows the drama of events as they begin to unfold in the last week of the Lord Jesus. We see the Lord Jesus instructing the disciples to go and fetch a donkey for him to ride on into the city of Jerusalem. Just as the Master described, when the owner asks what the disciples are doing they say 'the Lord has need of it' and they let the disciples take it. The disciples are then seen taking their garments and placing them on the donkey for the Lord to ride upon. We then see depicted Jesus riding on a donkey into the city to the adulation of every one. However, the Pharisees were not happy at the people praising him and asked Jesus to bid the people be silent. The Lord then points to the rocks and says that if the people were silent the rocks themselves would cry out in praise.

Upper Room: The story continues now to depict the disciples with the Lord in the upper room as he keeps the passover with them. He institutes the breaking of bread and drinking the cup as the means by which His disciples should remember Him. He washes the disciple's feet. Finally we see Judas leaving with his money bag to betray Jesus.

Gethsemane: We have depicted in this set of graphics the scene in the garden of Gethsemane. We see Jesus crossing the brook Kidron with the disciples following. We then see depicted graphically the Lord's agony in the garden as He contemplates what lies before Him. He sweats as it were great drops of blood. Later we see Peter, James and John sleeping. This is followed by Judas coming with a mob and is seen betraying the Lord with a kiss. Peter seeks to defend Jesus by bringing his sword and attacking a servant of the High Priest. Jesus is then seen having restored the ear of the servant being led away.

Peter's Denial: This final story on this disk portrays the famous denial by Peter of the Lord. We see Jesus firstly predicting to Peter that he will deny him. We then see Peter denying to a yound maid. Then we see him denying a second time. Finally, Peter denies Jesus by bringing out his sword and attacking a servant of the High Priest. The cock crows and Jesus looks at Peter. In the final scene in this set we see Peter weeping bitterly.

On this DVD-ROM: This DVD ROM contains four stories and relates some of the key events that occurred in the fifty days between the Resurrection of Christ up until the Day of Pentecost.

Appearance To Disciples And To Thomas: This graphics set related the appearance of the Lord Jesus to the Disciples in the locked upper room following His resurrection. Thomas who later joins the disciples refuses to believe. However, the following week Thomas is gathered with the disciples when the Lord appears again and is really challenged by the Lord in his doubting of the truth of His resurrection. The final scene depicts Thomas prostrate confessing 'My Lord and My God.'

Second Draught Of Fish: In this slideshow we see a wonderful depiction of the Draught of Fish when the disciples returned to Galillee. We see the disciples firstly preparing their boat followed by Peter casting a net at night. In the morning, having caught nothing a stranger on the shore suggests they cast their nets on the right side of the boat. We then see an underwater scene where the fish are seen actively swimming into the net at the creators bidding. Realising that the stranger is Jesus. Peter throws himself into the water and swims towards shore. Jesus and the disciples are seen sharing bread and fish by the fire.

The Ascension: We have depicted in this set of graphics the scene of Christ's Ascension into Heaven. We see Him first of all rebuking the disciples for their unbelief when witnesses had told them that they had seen Him Alive. He then gives them the command to go into all the world and preach the gospel. The disciples look on as the Lord Jesus leaves their midst to return to Heaven. Jesus ascends and a cloud received them as they gaze up into Heaven. The disciples return from the Mount of Olives worshipping and praising God.

The Day Of Pentecost: This final story on the disk portrays the wonderful day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit (the other comforter that Christ had spoken about) descended from Heaven and baptized the Church. The disciples began to speak with tongues (i.e. in other languages) and tongues of fire rested on each of them. People from many nations where amazed that the disciples where able to communicate directly with them in their own language. The next scene depicts a man making fun saying that they had drunk too much wine. However, Peter is seen boldly defending their faith and challenges the audience by saying that they were responsible for the death of Christ on the Cross. The three thousand who were saved are all baptized in water as a public proclamation of their faith and the change that has taken place in their heart.

Noah Is Obedient To God To In Building The Ark: One of the most famous Bible stories is here beautifully portrayed by Eikon Bible Art in PowerPoint format. Noah is seen hearing the call of God to build an Ark. As he prepares it he continues to be a preacher of righteousness. The animals are seen boarding two by two. Part 1 ends with the rains beginning to fall. Part 2 picks up with the great deluge destroying the whole earth, Noah sending out the raven and the dove, eventually settling in the mountains of Ararat and the promise of the rainbow.

Jonah Is Eventually Obedient To God In Preaching At Nineveh: Another famous Old Testament Bible story. Jonah is commanded to go and preach to the Assyrians at Nineveh, but he decides to attempt to run away from his calling. God sends a great storm and Jonah ends up in the sea only to be swallowed whole by a giant whale. He is spewed onto a beach and goes and preaches at Nineveh. The Ninevites repent and God spares them, but Jonah's lessons are not over as he gets angry at the mercy of God and God has another lesson to teach him.

Daniel: Daniel was 'greatly beloved' of Heaven and also by generations who have read his story. This visual depiction provides six slides to portray all the drama of events as they unfolded in the story from Daniel Chapter 6. The presidents and princes are seen scheming against him and bring their plan to King Darius. Daniel continues to prayer three times a day as he had done through his long life. Because the law of the Medes and Persians could not be changed (even by the King) he is thrown into the Den of Lions. However, Daniel is miraculously preserved because the God shut the Lion's mouths.

On this DVD-ROM:

Ruth And Naomi: Begins with the story of Naomi departing Israel for Moab because there was a famine in Israel. Her husband dies in Moab . Her two sons eventually marry Moabite girls. But Naomi's sorrow increases when her two sons die and she is left destitute with only her two daughters-in-law. Naomi returns home to Israel, and although she encourages both her daughters-in-law to remain in Moab and find new husbands, Ruth is determined to go to Israel with Naomi to look after her. She proclaimed, 'Your God will be my God.' All the emotion and drama of this beautiful story are portrayed in these stunning graphics.

Ruth And Boaz: The second part of Ruth's story continues as she arrives in Bethlehem, Naomi's home town. She finds herself gleaning in the fields of a man called Boaz who is a near-kinsman to Naomi. Boaz hears about the faithfulness of Ruth to Naomi, and her care of Naomi. In turn, Boaz orders his workers to leave handfuls on purpose for Ruth to glean. Boaz is an older unmarried man. Will this beautiful young widow, a Moabite woman have any interest in him? So unfolds one of the most beautiful love stories in all the world. Ruth marries Boaz, joining the commonwealth of Israel and is the great-grandmother of David and thus an ancestor of the Lord Jesus as recorded in Matthew's Gospel.

Mary And Martha: Mary and Martha are two typical sisters who did not agree on what was important. Martha was busying herself around the home and was much cumbered preparing supper, she became jealous of her sister who was simply sitting at the feet of the Lord Jesus listening to him. Eventually, Martha in exasperation accuses her sister before the Lord, but Martha is gently rebuked by the Lord Jesus explaining that Mary had chosen the good part which would not be taken away from her. This is a very human story, yet vital lessons are learned from this situation. The Lord Jesus was not afraid to rebuke when necessary.

Woman At The Well: A Samaritan woman comes to fill her water-pot and is met by a Jewish man - Jesus. She did not know that the Lord Jesus had come specifically to speak with her. When He asks her for water, and she is taken aback as the Jews strictly have no dealings with Samaritans. Then, he explains to her that she should be asking him for water. As the conversation progresses the Lord Jesus asks her to go and call her husband. The Samaritan woman answers carefully: 'I have no husband'. The Lord explains to her that her statement was correct as she has had five husbands previously and was now with a man who was not her husband. This intelligence on her situation combined with his gentleness and wisdom lead her to remark that she knew that the Messiah (the Christ) would come and tell them all things. The Lord's response is one of the most wonderful statements of revelation ever given to a human being: 'I who speak to you am He.'

On this DVD-ROM:

Jesus Saves A Fisherman - Peter: This story contains stunningly realistic graphics portraying the Lord Jesus literally walking on water. Later Peter asks 'Lord, if it is you. Command me to come out to you on the water'. And so, Peter also walks on water. However, as he takes his eyes off the Lord and notices the wind and the waves he suddenly begins to sink. In desperation he cries out, 'Lord save me' immediately he feels the strength the Lord's arm holding him. The drama of this story is convincingly portrayed through wonderful graphics that will pique the interest of the young.

Jesus Saves A Tax Collector - Zacchaeus: Another story where a man is saved by the Lord Jesus by a direct intervention in his life. Zacchaeus the vertically challenged, greedy and no doubt despised tax collector has heard much about the Lord Jesus. One day the Lord was passing through his town - Jericho, and Zacchaeus' curiousity was just too great to stay at home counting his shekels. Instead he comes just to catch a look at the Lord Jesus, but because he was so physically short, he cannot see over the crowds that are lining the road. Ingeniously he runs ahead and climbs a tree to get a good view. However, you can imagine his shock when the Lord Jesus who 'knew all things' comes right over to the tree and invites himself to Zacchaeus' house for supper! Zacchaeus' life was changed and his soul was saved through this encounter. The change would be evidenced to all as he returned fourfold all goods he had extorted from the people of Jericho.

Jesus Save A Rabbi - Nicodemus: This interesting encounter between a Rabbi and member of the Sanhedrin - Nicodemus and the Lord Jesus is visually portrayed in this Bible story lesson. Nicodemus' wealth and status are convincingly portrayed in the rich garb he wears and can be seen in exquisite detail in this story. This is a night scene, Nicodemus presumably came at night so as not to draw attention to his visit to Jesus. He is convinced that no man can do these miracles except God be with him. As the Lord Jesus explains to Nicodemus about the serpent upon a pole incident in the wilderness, so the Lord explains that the Son of Man would be lifted up. This wonderful incident recorded by John is the setting that gives rise to the most famous verse in the Bible. John Chapter 3 verse 16.

Stunningly lifelike still images portray Biblical scenes with a reality that is sure to interest children and help them visualize the narrative.

On this DVD-ROM: The DVD ROM links three events in the life of John. First is his remarkable and miraculous birth. Second is the very pinnacle of his life, pointing out Christ as the Lamb of God which takes away the sin of the world. Finally his death at the hands of cruel Herod.

Birth Of John The Baptist: John's birth was spoken of in the Old Testament. He was the herald and forerunner of Christ. The remarkable circustances of His birth are here depicted with these wonderful scenes. First we see Zechariah and Elizabeth in their home. In the second scene an angel appears to Zechariah to tell him that Elizabeth will give birth to a son. Not believing this Zechariah is struck dumb. When Zechariah emerges it is clear to all that he has seen a vision. Next is the visit of Mary to Elizabeth and John leaps in the womb at the voice of Mary. The final scene depicts Zechariah confirming in writing that the child would be called John.

Baptism Of Christ By John The Baptist: These scenes help portray the Baptism of Christ to children. First we see John the Baptist preaching repentance and baptism. Then Jesus approaches from the river Jordan. John points out to the crowd that this is the Lamb of God. The next scene is John confessing that he is unworthy to baptize Jesus. We see that John follows Jesus' request and immerses Him in the water under the river Jordan. The Holy Spirit is seen descending like a dove and the voice of the Father is heard from Heaven.

Imprisonment And Death Of John: John the Baptist stayed true to his mission - to proclaim the good news about the Lord Jesus and to tell others of their need to repent. He boldly stood before King Herod and pointed out his marriage to his brother's wife was not lawful in the eyes of God. (We should be more concerned about what God thinks of us rather than others, and like John, always strive to tell the truth). Herod feared John - he knew that he was a just and a holy man. Herodias, his wife, foolishly was not so fearful. She despised John's ministry and begged Herod to have him killed. She had to settle for his imprisonment instead. On Herod's birthday her daughter Salome danced for the King and he was so pleased he offered her up to half of his kingdom in front of all his guests. This backfired as Herodias now had her chance and told Salome to ask for the head of John the Baptist. Herod knew it was deeply wrong, but had to obey the request to avoid embarrassment in front of the crowd. (Don't let other people stop you from doing what is right, many people are too worried about what others think to trust in God). An executioner was sent at once and returned with John's head on a platter. His disciples came and took his body and laid it in a tomb. This event troubled Herod - he feared that Jesus was John the Baptist raised from the dead! John's work was over, he had rightly said that there was one coming who was greater than he - Jesus' work on earth was underway!
