What are the words that spring into your mind when we use the word: fruit? Vitality, energy, growth. To maintain good physical health we are recommended to eat five fruits per day. To acquire good spiritual health, the Bible recommends nine different fruits of the Spirit.

According to Galatians 5:22 each fruit is unique, interdependent, complementary, inseparable. This book will give you access to the source and root that will enable you to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit: Jesus.

You can use this book personally, or in a group. At the end of each chapter, you will discover questions to dig deeper, and apply what you have learnt, bring about change in your character, cultivate and distribute the fruit of the Spirit.

Ian has his roots in Larkhall, Scotland. He spent four years in the ranks of Operation Mobilisation in France. He studied theology at Emmas Bible School in Switzerland.
