In this new book David Bracewell takes us on a roller-coaster ride through Revelation.

He says that 90% of Christians can't get through it and the other 10% can't get out of it. He is passionate to encourage both groups to lay aside their fears and fixations and to take a fresh look at this beautiful, mysterious and utterly relevant book.

The book is in two parts. Part one takes us through the whole of Revelation, showing how John weaves his vision of the battle between God and Satan, the final victory of the Lamb and the creation of a new heaven and earth, into a rich and coherent tapestry.

Part two focuses on six topics which were of vital importance to John's churches in Asia Minor, and draws out their significance for the life of the Church today: worship, witness, holiness, judgement, community and heaven.

About the Author:

David Bracewell has been an ordained minister in the Anglican Church for almost 50 years and is Canon Emeritus of Guildford Cathedral. Eight years ago he retired, after a ministry of 24 years at St Saviour's Guildford and set up Zoe Ministry. He preaches as required and is passionate about encouraging church leaders. David is married to Sue and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He also runs a much cherished MX5 sports car.
